This study aims to analyze the influence of nutritional status, physical fitness, and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) among students of UPTD SD Negeri 3 Jeumpa. The study is based on the observation that students' PJOK learning outcomes vary significantly, with some students failing to meet the expected competency standards. Internal factors such as nutritional condition, level of physical fitness, and learning motivation are assumed to contribute to these differences. The research employed a quantitative approach with an ex post facto design. The population consisted of all fifth-grade students, totalling 87 individuals, and all members of the population were included as samples using total sampling techniques. Research instruments included measurements of body mass index, standardized physical fitness tests, learning motivation questionnaires, and documentation of PJOK learning scores. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on learning outcomes. The findings indicate that nutritional status significantly influences PJOK learning outcomes. Physical fitness shows the strongest influence among the variables. Learning motivation also has a positive and significant impact on learning outcomes. Simultaneously, the three variables contribute significantly to students’ PJOK performance. These results emphasize the importance of physical and psychological factors in improving the quality of PJOK learning in elementary schools.
